Returns & Exchanges policies

Please inspect your items once you receive them. We can only accept returns for wrong or defective items that are postmarked and sent back within 15 Days after the order was shipped and as long as they meet the Returns & Exchanges Policies stated below.

 

ALL EXCHANGES & RETURNS

No exception will be made

To exchange or return an item, please fill out the RETURN FORM below. The product must be in absolute perfect condition, unused, must be with the respective hangtags attached and hygienic protectors intact on the items and in the original packaging. (No exceptions)

We highly recommend wearing appropriate under garments when trying on the items.

No returns or Exchanges will be accepted for tampered items or evidence of alteration, fragrance, cigarette smoke or musty odor as well as any worn, soiled, damaged, stained, laundered in any way, or items that are not returned respecting the Exchanges and returns policies (No exceptions will be made).

In the case that we receive such items we will return the items to you at your expense and he or she will forfeit all claims.

 

EXCHANGES

If you decide to exchange the item, no additional or restocking fee charges will be applied, only shipping fees to ship the new item will be charged. You must return the item within 15 Days after the order was shipped and must include the RETURN FORM with your name address and order number or/and customer number. Indicate the items you want to exchange and any other pertinent information. Any reasons you may have for your exchange we really appreciate if you let us know. Any feedback will always help us improve.

Note: All Bikinis and swimwear returns for exchange require approval upon inspection; the items need to meet the Return & Exchange Policies for approval.

 

RETURNS

You must return the item within 15 Days after the order was shipped for a REFUND. All refund requests will incur a ($5.00) fee per item, which takes into account the costs incurred from bank fees or PayPal fees. Postage and handling charges on the returned items will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Note: All Bikinis and swimwear returns require approval upon inspection; the items need to meet the Return & Exchange Guidelines for approval.

 

WRONG ITEMS SENT

In the case you receive the wrong item. We are going to replace the items no charge. We must be notified and the items are postmarked within 15 Days after the order was shipped. Once you receive the replacement items, they are subject to the same return/exchange Policies.

SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS

Sale items are non-refundable. If the sale item is marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”, no exchanges will be accepted and absolutely no refunds will be issue.

 

COMPETITION SUITS AND ON MESUREMENT SWIMSUITS.

Take note that there are not returns on competition suits and on measurement swimsuits. No exceptions.
SHIPPING FEES

No refunds on shipping charges.

 

Please mark your label or box says Exchange or Return.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs or tracking your return. We suggest you to choose a trackable shipping method and to use insured shipment, as we cannot be responsible for lost items in the mail. We do not credit back shipping charges. Normal shipping charges apply to all others and international orders.

 

REFUNDS AND CREDITS

Money will be refunded via the same payment method used to process your original order. For example, if you paid by credit card we can only issue a refund to that same credit card. Credits will take anywhere from 10 to 15 business days from the day we receive the merchandise to show up on your credit card.

 

SHIPPING

We are not and cannot make ourselves responsible for any packages lost, stolen or damaged.

We are not responsible for duty charges.
